★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not sign any contract with this company. the contract states that the contract will be automatically renewed after 24 months from the first invoice
The automatic renewal of 24 months has ended in August 2019. There has been no renewal since the expiration date.
We have written to cancel the subscription. They barred our phones from calling out even though the contract terms are not valid they insist on giving 6 months notice.
Now they have asked their own people to give 4 star and 5 star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they are offering some special promotion and the rate is slightly better than other provider but service is terrible. If the cost difference is only RM 10 -20 please consider a better service provider but not this.
1. Email no respond
2. Call the customer care but not informative
3. Paid the sim card deposit then they don't even care your query when to delivery your sim card and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't try their AVISTA service so called MAXIS their service very poor and if have serious problem, they won't entertain with you and won't pickup your call. The scammer company ask to pay back the penalty (RM10,000 plus) of remaining month contract when terminate their service. Please don't deal with Mr. Buffy Tay Teck Shiong (Sales) as he is not responsible person and liar. Have subsidiary company like Pinggir Amarda Sdn Bhd and Neptune Voice Sdn Bhd which are running under AVISTA scammer....please beware
Update March'22: After waiting contract end, even the WIFI routers already returned, deposit still not refund back. Seriously this company is not TRUSTABLE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope I can give zero star. In my life, it is the worst experience ever I have with this company. Bad telecommunication service provided by this company. They just link cellphone network to your premise. So, it your area signal is bad, you will receive bad internet connection. During peak hour, your internet connection will be slow. They cannot do anything about this, because the cellphone network is not controlled by them.
I made a complaint to them, they cannot settle the problem. I demand for termination of contract in first month, they request 4 years of monthly fee for termination penalty.
The worst part is they charge customer on late payment. Apparently, My company's accountant request invoice before proceed for payment. So, if Pinggir Armada didn't send in invoice for me, they will charge me for late payment after 1 month.
Last but not least, they are very good at chasing payment. They are very prompt on sending late charge invoice to customer when customer misses out 1 month of payment.
I wish I can go back to the past and continue with my TM Streamyx internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, update status really slow.... Feels like finda scamming customers to signing up this company. First they said 2 years contract duration, after 2 years I want to terminate they come out with a new contract says our contract is 4years... Wants to charge me a penalty for RM4000+. For those who thinking whether to take this company's service, PLEASE DON'T!!!
