★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service by the staff (a chubby fair skin lady).
I choose the 2 Choco ball and I asked her if I can get a box. She said can not. Only can give plastic unless u buy more. Then I asked if I can mix with others, I mentioned that I haven't finish choosing which I want. She said then u slowly choose with the dissatisfaction face. And I told her, it's OK. I do not want to buy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a Division Manager in a Japanese company. I have collected cakes a few times on behalf my wife. Cakes are very good. Last week Saturday I came around 3.30pm to collect a cake and a young plum Malay girl attend. She gave me the box without tying ribbon on the box. I asked her is this a common way you gave the cake, to my shock she told me 'Yes'. I told her to tie the box and give. Please educate your staffs to do their job properly and maintain your standard. Thanks
