★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, was disappointed with my experience at this Setapak outlet. I went to the PJ one first and loved the burgers.. Really tasty.
Decided to try this outlet since I was nearby. I'm not sure if it was just that day, but the burgers were not cooked properly. The meat didn't have any char or grill marks, and almost no browning. Of course, colour = flavour so it wasn't that great. Also, the meat was falling apart as I was eating it. Another sign of not being cooked properly. The fries were also a little hard and not crunchy. Hope it was a one off experience, maybe an inexperienced staff. But i think I will stick to the PJ outlet from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how to describe it. The burger was delicious, but kind of...bland? I expected a burger with more than average taste in this price range, but i might be expecting too much. Don't take my words for it, just try them yourselves and decide.

BURGER ?
It taste ok only for me. (Both chicken and beef) not impressive but ok.
MUMMIFIED FRIES ?
Fries so bad might be the WORST fries I ever tasted even worse than limpy fries.
It tastes totally dry and not crispy fries. When I throw it back to the bowl it even make hard objects hitting noise. Either they made it and out there for too long it mummified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crab shell burger is overrated. Cheese on the buns are not made of pure cheese, tasted more like gooey starch. Prices are too high compared to the portions. The sitting area is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger was just ok to me, too many cheese in the menu and the burger my husband ordered which was the Aloha chicken; the bun was too soggy from the sauce. The spicy BBQ popcorn chicken flavour was a bit artificial due to the sauce. But the fries was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall okay. Beef patty taste nice and decent. Sauce is good. Plenty of choices, burgers and side dish. Good place to catch your quick fried greasy food. Lacking the wow factor as compared to those famous burger joints. Located inside pv12, parking is easy during lunch time. Rm2 for 2 hours.
