★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff are not attentive and slow. Brought us pasta with only a spoon and no forks. Soup came without any spoons. Basically only brought us our food and no utensils and cutlery. Soup came only towards the end. But the food is alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for pick-up for my birthday party .will pick it at 6:30 but I arrived late. The staff here told me to wait for 10 min n I confirm tht they Haven't made or must hv forgotten abt it. I hv work for fnb service and when hv customers liddis they shud keep it in mind all the time. Dissapointed at this service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most polite staff I met among Pizza Hut outlet in JB, who’s name Rosliza always smiling with customers and ask their need.
She recommends me the new Pizza to me, and explained how delicious. When I waiting my take away pizza, she offer me the drink, and try to conversation with me, I really feel goods.
Good job, I wish Pizza Hut business growth and prosperity, also wishing Rosliza happy working.
