โ โ โ โ โ very bad service..we pay the service charge for nothing.. have to wait for more than 15 minutes to order..after we finished our food wait again more than 20 minutes only for 4 cups of ice cream

Time - take too long to prepare even though just me and my husband and one family that day.
Good - waiter and waitress have a good manner.

โ โ โ โ โ Im still here (in pizzahut) waiting for my food. Its almost 30mins and the service is so SLOW. We already received 1 reg pizza which almost takes them 20mins +. We also ordered mushroom soup but it's already half and hour and still not at our table. Also, we have to ask them to clear our table which was filled with previous food. Hurh. Such disappointment.

Wait too long to order.
Wait even longer to receive order.
Even order as simple as ice cream take too long to prepare. Called the waiter many times and he keep delaying.
