★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the reviews are positive. But today i went there dine in with my family, the services are so poor. About an hour we waited for the staff to attend us, and waiting for a long long time for our food to be served. In the end, we had to tapau everything. The soup are not mix well because its still clumping. They not grilled the garlic bread. Its a no no for us anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place have a nice touch to it like all Pizza Hut outlets does. There's not a lot of customers there maybe because its during the weekday but overall the service is great and the food is also delish. I ordered in advance for takeway and the food arrived on time which is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As there too many mall around Bangi & Kajang. This is the best pizza to dine in with less crowd. Located in kipmall bangi. Good environment good food. Service also quiet fast compare to the Pizza hut at Kajang town.

I called hq to report the item which i really want to eat with the mushrooms soup and she said will call me back but didnt. Please double check the list of order before u pass it to the rider la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY VERY BAD SERVICE! I ordered thru grab food and they miss out the garlic bread. The mushroom soup too liquid and the taste was very off which i believe they just add water. And the bowl of soup not even full just less than half of the bowl. Truly disappointed with this behaviours. Not even the food the long wait you know already laaa haisshh mcm ni pun boleh berniaga ?
