★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality down a bit compared to pre-covid, or could it be the branch in Bangi? Had quality food at Sunway branch pre-covid.
Coleslaw was sliced thick, wraps had more onions.
Excellent customer service.

A bit small space but not really bad though. Going here again some time.

Now Texas Chicken open-up their business in a Food Truck at Food Truck compound, PKNS Bangi; before they launch their Bangi outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 3 and a half * for 2 reasons.
- No public wifi when Mcd is right next to them.
- No TC Sundaes, they only have off brand ice creams like cornettos but none like other Texas Chickens. It's got mostly everything but not everything on their menu because of that.
The good:
+ Nice atmosphere both in and outside, more on the warmer side.
+ Plugs everywhere. Inside and out there's a plug or 2 for every table. I don't tend to bring a power bank and prefer my plug so having these many ports is really convenient for someone like me.
+- Service is just alright. It's not slow but not fast either on a normal day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where is my coleslaw?? Your sprite taste awful! No sprite flavour just gas??? I pay for my 2 coleslaw. Halo?? I know yr outlet is busy but i pay for my food. I am from fnb industry as well but this is ridiculous!! I will report this issue. Plus, yr manager Mohd Aminur or what ever his name! Please show to customer some manners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from a bit of tricky parking spots (mostly due to a nearby drive-thru and night market) you find a pretty clean and neat set up here. Food is standard as with most fast foods, but I find the menu is selective and limited. Many items are consistently not available
