โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service. After taking my order, continue to take other people order without sending my order to kitchen first. Plus when Im back to my hotel, no sauce.. no spoon n fork.. how do i eat pasta without cutlery.. come on simple things also dont knw

โ โ โ โ โ Only 14 minutes they prepared my order (take away). Very fast and good service with telling me large pizza price is RM18 only (promotion price) . Great deal!!! ???

โ โ โ โ โ Theres a sticker on the table with instruction to scan qr code to place your order however there are no qr codes to be found. When i asked for menu the waitress pointed to another person who is checking the menu. An established restaurant with only 2 menus available? What a joke. ? Bring your business elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ No menus on the table. Asked staff at front desk for menu they pointed at 2 customers who had many in their hand. I guess that means there are only 2 menu available in the entire restaurant. The table had a sticker which said "scan QR code to order" but there is no QR code. I decided to eat some place else.

โ โ โ โ โ The whole customer experience in this restaurant is deplorable.
Upon entering the restaurant, we sat at a table waiting for a menu card to be brought to us as it was not available on the tables.
The employees saw us well but continued what they made as if we had not entered.
Other people enter the store and the employee at the front desk takes their order. I get up to order and this same employee gives me a menu and tells me to go to my table.
For the order taking nobody came, so I got up at the counter to give my order.
I then received my pizza (the size of the pizza is so ridiculous that it's useless to talk about it), it was brought to me without any cutlery or tissue.
I should point out that there were not many people in the restaurant and it was not rush hour.
If you see this comment before you go there do not go, you will be disappointed.
