Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) DENAI ALAM

Ordered two personal pizzas by Grab and both smells bad! Would not order by this branch anymore

the tastier the food and drink, the more you will like to enjoy the full taste of your food?

You need to double/triple check your orders if you ordered online. In all occasions, my orders had missing items.

Assalamualaikum On 17 Dec 2021, I placed an order for Promo Set of 3 pizzas, 6 drinks; added 1 soup and 2 sets of fried chicken. for delivery via PH app. The order was made at 6.57pm. It stated the order will be ready at 7.57pm. At 845, still no sign of the orders. My house is about 5 minutes from PHD. It was raining so let me give 15 minutes for delivery. At 8.45pm I made efforts to call Call Center. First this indian girl stated that PHD is closed and told me to wait as she revert the matter to her superior. Then, she said my orders are ready and I can collect them at PHD. Very confusing. I ordered for delivery and I was told to collect. My 7 year old grandson was already very hungry at this time. Fortunately, we also ordered Dominos who had no trouble to deliver within the given time. So, my husband and I went to PHD. My husband went in to collect. Then, he called me stating the staff named Zira and the other staffs agreed that there were no orders for me. Management of PH Denai Alam please refer to your staff who said her name is Zira. She wears a baggy top, so I assumed she could be pregnant. Hence, my husband and I tried to remain calm. First she said there were no orders for my name, She asked kitchen and kitchen staff agreed there was none. Then, she decided to call customer service to check and voiced out, "OHHHH DELIVERY." There were many packed food on the counter but she did not check first. Next, she said the delivery guy has gone to deliver. She also stressed that he will take some time as there were lots of orders and it was raining. The minute she said that, the delivery guy walked in. Immediately, she goes to the packed food counter to check. Guess what, my orders were all there!!! At this point, I just felt like giving her a piece of my mind for being lousy at her job. Perhaps, you may say that PHD is short of staffs but if you read you will see that she never made the attempt to thoroughly check but just made one assumption after another. Worst of all, she never apologised for her carelessness in carrying out her job. No sorry for the delay. Nothing!!! Did I wait long? I waited 1 hour for delivery but I was told to self collect. Ordered 6.57pm Be ready 7.57pm (My house is max 5 mins away on bike) 845pm - Call center ask me to go collect. 9pm - Zira hand over my orders. The pizza - 1 Hawaiian Chicken and 1 Beef Pepperoni were almost burnt. Cant even see the pepperoni. The other Hawaiian Chicken was acceptable. I have encountered bad service in PHD and even read and heard others' experiences but this is by far, my worst experience. Definietely, my last order with PHD.

Service very bad.I ordered from 7:22 Pm till 10:30 Pm didnt arrived.keep saying "Couldn't find Driver"Hello we are not in the planet Jupiter.

Double/triple check your online orders during pick up as they easily missed items. Happened to me multiple times

Its just ok. Pizza is not bad, Service is friendly, however slow. Though its not surprising as typically pizza hut is known for slow service. Even if you order online for pickup at a certain, they seem to only start preparing once you reach.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE Ordered via grab at 8.15pm, ETA said 8.45pm, then got delayed for 15mins until 9.45pm. Lastly, grab rider simply cancelled my order. I’m a pregnant woman and I’ve never been so frustrated in my whole life waiting for food. Should’ve read the review online before making the order.
