★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods are quite slow to deliver although when there weren't that many customers. Poor maintenance of the premise cleanliness. Seemed like staffs are undertrained. In overall, this particular outlet doesn't live up to PHD's known good reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry but the experience we had for our family dinner here is just horrible. The services were slow, the tables weren't cleaned, food is bare minimum at best (the cheese twisties were rock hard wei).
Now I know that this is only a take away/delivery joint but come on, you're carrying the Pizza Hut brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to dine in just now. 1 male staff so rude. He ask me either I can wait around 1 and half hour, then I said okay. After I sat there, he seems so mad. He make a noisy sound by knocking something on the table then I left. I feel so uncomfortable. He's not supposed to do that. If the restaurant already want to close, then just say it. I understand. But he is so unprofessional by doing something like that. Please educate your staff properly. This is the worst experience I had here. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so dull and quite with just 2 staffs, maybe it's a norm after hari raya holiday. It took 45 minutes to prepare a meal, so I decided not to proceed because I'm starving!
Glad that I asked first. A friendly staff though.
