★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Pizza Hut web delivery and used the Pick Up method when reached in front of the shop. Probably Pizza Hut should not use the telco call feature as it is costly to users who cannot afford to make a call. Better to use like Grab does, VOIP calls via Internet as the first option. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Pizza Hut outlets. The order taker was super rude! He wasn’t even dressed like a worker but wore a t shirt that is not pizza hut and wore slippers. No greetings. He was a malay fella with a mohawk hairstyle (blonde). Super disappointed and frustrated. I recommend no one to this place. No manners at all! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baik tutup kedai. Lousy and useless. Straight away say come back after 1 hr and 45 mins to place order. That too not sure maybe could be 2 hrs delay it seems. No one in the shop anyway and the staff claimed they had 800 hundred orders to prepare. Joke of the day. From his answer, u can tell that he is plain lazy to handle orders. By far, this could be the worse eatery I had visited. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing experience! I went to place an order and told to call their hotlines to place order. I called 3 times waiting for approximately 10 minutes on hold saying they have to check status and immediately git disconnected. The 4th time I was told that the system for puchong jaya was offline. My question is how come people who working there doesn't know if the system is online or offline. I asked for the manager number and guess what? "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIAL IS NOT AVAILABLE". I made a official report against all the parties involved. Hope they get back to me on the status. How poorly design Pizzahut order management system can be? How horrible their customer service can be?
