β β β β β Cashier yg patut ambil order saya kata WOW TA had limited time but I already ask PizzaHut Malaysia via FB messenger and pihak pizza hut kata no limit time means from open to close outlet. Sadly at this outlet she said this promo until 6pm only. So i already made a complaint to Pizza Hut.

β β β β β Service is good. "Topeng muka wajib sebelum masuk" notice is clear on the door of the entrance but when go in, nearly all the staff inside have their mask down on their chin. Only one boy in the kitchen is wearing his mask properly. Cashier, delivery man, all kitchen staff except for the one boy, all have their mask down on chin. Even when customer is inside, they can't be bothered to wear their mask properly.

β β β β β Sometimes they do served customers with a really good service but sometime their service are just so-so.. As there is a few time when I already do the online order and go to their store to pick the food up at their given time(actually i usually will give them more time to make it as i always late to pick the food) they are still making it.. And also there are one time where i went to pick my pizza they said they still didn't make it as I didn't answer their call but its actually their own fault as I already answer their call to make the confirmation. But overall, their service is OK and a little bit late sometimes is also OK because I think they maybe didn't have enough staff there.

β β β β β I find its hard to find parking here but if you are lucky enough, u might get parking nearby. Food was amazing, who doesn't like pizza right?! Is my choice place when im craving and use grab food!

β β β β β Worse services ever, they can promise you complementary pizza but later ignore you totally, please go for other pizza & no more pizza hut in future, despite being loyal customer for long time, by the way the call center also ignore your complain & request as well, no point to complain

β β β β β Ordered online for takeaway/pick up. But when arrived at the supposed pick up time, my order wasn't ready yet and had to wait another 20 minutes before receiving my order. Giving an extra star because the staff was courteous enough to apologise and inform about the delay in order preparation.
