★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ioi's one of the finest place for family dining. Like this place. Sometimes, need to be careful with the staffs as they were high turn over and not consistent. Let them know what wasn't right and they sort it out for you. Or else we can complaint via online survey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I given up on Pizza after the quality start to drop back few years and switched to Dominos for pizza. But the Pizza I ate here at IOI Kulai makes me remember why I love pizza hut better. The chef here is really good and pizza tasted so well and very good presentation

But this shouldn't consider as bad, is just something that can be improve. The environment is clean and the atmosphere of eating is good. A good place to dine in!
