β β β β β Order 17/12/21 through Food Panda. Suppose order additional side dish to eat with sauce/dip. Came without sauce/chilli pepper. My kids so disappointed. Please staff be more careful doing your work!!

β β β β β The service was very bad, the soup salty, pizza topping was less, drinks come without stirrer, and the didn't serve our dessert even we request many times the dessert didn't come to the table.

β β β β β Honestly, the worst experience ever! I went early February 2022 to Pizza Hut in mutiara complex, the entire service and experience is completely disgusting. When I entered the place to place order, it smelled disgusting, the place wasnβt clean, and even worst, they got the order completely wrong! I told them specifically that I want Hawaiian chicken pizza one set and deluxe cheese one set. The waitress who took my order, she was just writing down (D set and H set). Anyone can be confused with such order! Iβm vegetarian which is why I ordered deluxe cheese, however, I received Deluxe bbq pizza! The misunderstanding created by and the laziness of the waitress who took my order should be punished. This is not the first time!

β β β β β Just bad service. Always no attendance at counter. Waiter can't speak English and being in F&B. Taste of pizza is really different from other branch.. like Its not fresh. They really need improvement, wonder why there is no supervisor? The staff behave like its their home. Way of taking order is just so rude and reckless. Not serious on their job. I hope head quarters take action.
