★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are ridiculous. When I asked them can give me one plastic bag, the staff at first said RM1, then changed to RM2. Then he confirmed again with another staff, and the staff said no plastic bag, but I SAW HER PACKING PIZZA BOX USING PLASTIC BAG. It's so rude and ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. All the working staff here don't have manners at all. We had waited for more than 20mins and we don't even get the full item like what we order. They whacked our pizza into the box. I really hope Pizza Hut management can put in full attention to this matter. This really disgrace the reputation of Pizza Hut Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pizza Hut outlet in Penang, placed order for more than half hour and only get a reply from staff “we are still preparing”. Won’t tell you if you don’t ask them, even asked them how long need to wait also just say “don’t know” and “we are preparing”, use AI to repeat those words cheaper than hire a staff standing there. If they short on hand or short on supplies just direct tell truth, it’s much better than simply let your customer wait and starve without any update.

But today (8 May 2022) I really get mad and very disappointed on this. I placed an order 12:10pm and I had waited for 2 hrs, until 2:45pm cannot get my order done! Even the staff still told me that they cannot sure whether my order is in progress?! How can this speechless thing happened? End up I choose to cancel my order. When I want to cancel the order, I have to call the hotline to cancel, and have to call several times until someone pick up. Really very disappointed on this.
Please improve it! High customer volume should be not an excuse. You totally ruin my day and wasted my time.
