★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in upstairs, the environment is creepy bcs too silent and dark. Food quality is nice, but customer service is bad. Cutlery ? Sauce ? Tissue ? Basic things you guys should know when serving customer. Also, if you dont have beef, don't simply serve chicken. Ask your customer first, some of them would like to cancel if their order is not available.

Much worse is we did not get our soup...tired of waiting i made my payment n i told the cashier we did not get our soup...she went back n said to the kitchen ppl...they sacrasticly said they alredy sent to the table....i m feeling hurt n angry at the same time are u doing ur job good to tell me im lying ????...they cant even respect their customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse pizza hut ever. The service was so slow and bad. Asked for a spoon for my ice cream only gave it after the ice cream was melted. The cheese fondue came so watery and the cheese wasn't even melted. The soup was not fully cooked alot of uncooked lumps. Terrible disappointed to be spending hard earn money in a place like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served by fat melayu girl. Very rude. I ordered online and came to collect my ordered. My order was given with lack of one mushroom soup. I came back to collect but she didn’t bother to say or feel sorry. First she said your order only two but I asked her to see the receipt carefully then she Only mention to other coworkers “hey there is still another soup” very terrible attitude. She not even wearing face mask as now it still part of Government SOP. Pizza Hut has big brand but why the staff attitude very bad. The service is really need lots of improvement otherwise no one will go to this branch anymore. Other pizza brands nearby is also available. Your shop is not the only one in selayang.
