★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. The staff not even check our orders. Need always tell the staff what still pending food and more than 1 hour we waiting for the pizza. We all know working in F&B industries and customer services is tired but you also need to considered us as your customer. What point we pay the service tax but your service is not satisfied. Please do something. I always heard complaints at your place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness out ! Utensils is very dirty, we have to clean up the plate & spoon by our self. Service is bad. Waitress not friendly at all. Flies freely fly inside the restaurants. We pay for this kind of services ?? You should take this things seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, service and food was alright. Although looks like manpower not really enough at the moment we dine in, still patient to serve us.
Order through QR code that provided, quite convenient and easy to work it out.
Waiting time still ok and good served in order.
When think of Pizza, that's one of the nice choice just nearby to my staying place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to come here, make sure you're not in a rush and not extremely hungry. Just the right amount of hungry. Even before I sat for dine in, the server told me that it would take 40 mins. I told her that it would be fine since I was craving for pizza anyway. I ordered regular stuffed crust pizza, lava cake with ice cream and warm water. I was glad to receive my pizza in 20 mins after ordering but they served me together with my water. Imagine if the pizza took longer. So, i told them to just serve my lava cake now. Overall the food was good and their service was also fine. They were polite and met my demands except they run out of cheese powder. My stomach was not feeling well during the night later but I've always been sensitive. But the day after I microwaved my leftover pizza it tasted the same and I did not have any side effects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi Pizza Hut nak makan pizza tapi pizza nya dah habiss ?
We reached there at 9pm and they said no pizza but pasta still available.
So we ordered 2 types of pasta and one of it as in the picture, it is tasteless and it's not worth with the price of RM16++ ?
The mango shake and mushrooms soup are also tasteless.
Overall, the quality of the food is out. Am very disappointed Pizza Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow and bad service. 25 minutes after placing order, the waiter told us that salad we ordered was not available. After finishing the pizza then waiter told us that chocolate moist cakes we ordered were also not available. They should have let us know when we placed order, not waited until we were eating then told us this and that were not available. And one of the waiters was raising his voice when talking to me, very rude and impolite. Extremely bad experience.
The table which we were seated was not cleaned, there were stains and food smudges on the table, I doubted that it was disinfected. We had to request a waitress to clean it.
Food quality was very bad too. Overly salted mushroom soup, overly sweetened iced coffee, pizza's crust was tough, and with meagre portion of topping.
