★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PJ Trade Centre is a leasehold office building located in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. It comprises Menara Bata, Menara Gamuda, Menara Hasil and Menara Mustapha Kamal. There are 210 units available at this project with built-up from 2,469 sf to 3,118 sf. It was developed by Emkay Group with a launch price at about RM400 psf, and was completed in around Feb 2009.
Emkay Group is a medium-scale property development group, and it has built about 16 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Menara Bata, Menara Gamuda, Menara Hasil, Menara Mustapha Kamal, Menara OBYU, Mercu Mustapha Kamal and Star Central.
PJ Trade Centre is said to be one of the most hip and trendy office towers in the Klang Valley, not just for its Grade A design, but also for its eco-friendliness. It is said to be the most eco-friendly and energy saving office building in Malaysia, which appeals to MNC companies who walk the talk in their pursuit of saving energy in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the parking staff. I parked my car at B3 (visitor) and after paying RM8, I found the way out from B3 to B2 was blocked with chain. My car couldn't go out.
I reached out to parking staff and it took about 30 mins to wait for the key master to come to open the chain. Once the chain was released, I was able to go to upper level but I had to pay RM2 for the additional time since my paid parking ticket had been expired.
The way the lady spoken to me to get the RM2 was very rude. After I explained that their chain block was causing me to stay longer, she did not care and didn't change her manner. However I paid already just because I didn't want to interact more and rushing for home
