โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I have made a room reservation at Platinum Serviced Suite KLCC a few days back for our countdown night. Itโs written thereโs no pre-booking fees needed. And we were constantly keeping in touch with the host to check our room condition and also request a late checkout time. Initially, we thought everything was nicely planned.
At 230pm, we were still under booking.
Around 330 when we reached the hotel lobby, we were calling the host for private check in. Thatโs the drama began. The host refused to pick up our calls, my friendโs and my calls. We assumed they have probably saved our contact information. And by the time my friend checked our reservation on booking.com, itโs stated that our booking has been cancelled. AND WE DID NOT CANCEL OUR BOOKING. We kept calling and they kept hanging up our calls. Until my husband used his phone to start calling them. They donโt have his phone record so they picked it up. When my husband asked about our room status and why itโs cancelled, they hanged up immediately.
We expect an explanation from the host or booking.com regarding this issue. Note that this is not a forgiven matter and itโs the first time weโve ever come across to this kind of irresponsible action. But they never reply!!!! Such a good place with this kind of low class and lousy service.

โ โ โ โ โ Bed Bugs! Avoid Staying Here! We made reservation on booking.com, We got strange bites and later found bugs crawling in bed, we complain to owner and they agreed to refund for the two days as we moved out early but nothing else. We complain to concierge and management but they do not care as unit is privately owned. Other bad issues is payment via cash to random guy in lobby + parking garage malfunction so we stuck in there for half hour and late to event.
