 Splendor, frankness, cares about more than five stars, and I recommend it to everyone who lives in it because it is luxurious and elegant, and its location is distinguished between the twin towers and the lighthouse, and it is wide and sweet.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed here in a condo, however the parking system failed to recognize our card and they charged us 100 MYR. Upon complaining about this they demanded another 100 MYR to investigate which would only be returned if they found themselves at fault. Finally they found out they were wrong and asked for a Malaysian bank account to return the money 1 month later.
We are tourists and this is ridiculous , how are we supposed to open a Malaysian bank account just to get out money back ?
It takes 1 second for them to take the cash, but 1 month to return. Clearly their parking system is not flawless as multiple people were complaining about the same thing.
All 3 employees in the management office were unprofessional and couldnโt care less, and were not personable at all. They just wanted people to go away. They must hate their lives.
Oh well. Last time we stay at this location.
