Ambience gloomy and dark.
Empty shoplots.
Only Mydin superstore is keeping the place alive.
Prepare to leave the basement parking early. Personnel manning leave early.
Dunno why parking lot surrounding the building prohibited. Empty and hugely wasted. Why ?
Charges for aging toilets at 50 ct !!!?
Not customer friendly.
White elephant in making.
Need complete overhaul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place too I hv not visited for almost 3years eversince the break of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the PKP being enforced. As those days before the Pandemic era, I normally patronised one of the Tailoring outlets on the 2nd floor. This time around I was fortunate to be able to get my newly bought trousers (at Aeon the day before) for minor alterations. Most other Tailoring services outlets around Klang & Port Klang refused to accept. Many outlets formerly found on the ground floor, 1st n 2nd floor too hv now been closed, probably affected by PKP stages. What can be noticed now there's renovations in progress on the ground floor. The Mydin store too seemed not to be well patronised as before. The parking lot at the Basement seemed to need some proper maintenance, since the general appearance seemed to be neglected eventhough 'free occupancy (parking)' is still enforced.
