β β β β β Nice quaint little mall but please fix your parking ticket machine!
I come here regularly but everytime, there always seems to be problems with the the parking ticket machine. Touch n Go and payment card is always unreadable and you have to play luck to even let the machine detect it.
When going cashless in covid is hopeless, I use the normal physical parking ticket but even that, the auto pay machine always seems to either gets stuck or breaks down.
If it doesn't eat up my parking ticket, it just stays there and is not even allowing people to pay our parking ticket.
Just last weekend me and some pakcik and makcik queuing up couldn't pay at the upper entrance autopay machine so we went travelling from the upper entrance to the main entrance which is also problematic and lastly, to the entrance near subway where the machine can finally accept our parking payment.
Time-wasting!
As if that wasn't enough, some days the parking barrier gate just opens up and allows all cars to go in without taking a ticket or pay using card. We thought it must be a free day but when we wanted to go out, the exit barrier gate were closed and we couldn't drive out.
What on earth?
We then went to the basement parking near the carwash where the parking staff there who was this plus-sized woman suddenly got angry and started scolding "Eh, siapa suruh masuk je kalau palang bukak? Bayar la kalau nak keluar!"
I love Plaza Shah Alam, great atmosphere but please do something about your parking management, or change it altogether.

β β β β β A small plaza but has most of the things that you may need. Variety of stores located in a small plaza. Songket shop, pharmacy, food court, yamaha music centre, grocery, apparel stores, MBG, starbuck, MyNews, MrDIY, subway, Habib Jewel, optometry, watch shop, pet store, baskin robin, apparel store, malay, baba & thai restaurants, kedai mamak and many others. It's not crowded. The ambience is calm with upscale feel and the floor is quite spacious. Surrounding is neat and clean. The plaza is frequented mostly by family. Good amenities. Clean prayer rooms for women and men. Clean restroom. Ample parking space.

β β β β β One of my favorite to go, not too big not too small.
Few places to dine in, you can find from thai food to arab cuisine.
Thereβs a bakery kiosk in front mercearia, Must buy the mini croissants! (5pcs for RM 10) my favs.
And if you wanna buy Arizona drinks, Tapping Tapir or Aussie Milo. Merceria hv it.
Thereβs Mr Diy on the highest floor, watsons in mid.
Thereβs also Mamak here.
