★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tasting Espresso Frappe drink received and this branch does not even want to acknowledge the feedback, they really don't care. Even looking at color, i know something is not right. Please train your staff and conduct mystery shopper survey for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst starbucks branch! I ordered starbucks 1/1/2022 ( 16:07) I already list out my order for the first cashier (Fedah). They just have to follow the order. But they still make mistakes. Need to line up again and make another order. The second cashier (Farhan) very sloww taking the order. Please do something with this branch. I received a lot of complain from Shah Alam residents.

Slow taking order
Slow giving order since 9:30am till 10:45 I didn’t get my order bale and cheese and not good branch for someone has something else to do
Their kitchen is small to prepare sandwiches
If i order bbq lamp will get ready in 30 m
Sandwich took from me 1 hour ?!?! So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being that near to a university, I understand how crowded it can get sometimes. Maybe some traffic control would go a long way. Especially at nights when the shopping mall has shut down the aircond, that heat as well as that crowd isn't a very pleasant experience.

Tasting Notes: Flavorful and full-bodied.
Pros and Cons: Without a paper filter, this coffee retains its natural oils, creating a bolder taste. The mesh filter holds back most of the grounds, but small, powderlike coffee grounds (called “fines”) can remain in the brew, creating a somewhat viscous cup.
1. Grind coffee beans to coarse.
2. Put carafe on gram scale. Zero the scale.
2. Place 35 grams of coffee into carafe. Zero the scale.
3. Add 250 grams of hot filtered water (205° F).
4. Stir with a metal spoon for approximately 5 seconds.
5. Add water to 500 grams total.
6. Set timer for 4 minutes. At 2 minutes, stir.
7. At 4 minutes, press plunger slowly and pour into cup.
