★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is big hole in front of the smart tag lane. At this moment, no action had been taken and they just leave it like that. Those driver who didn't realize, they might hit the hole and cause major tyres misalignment. Poor management. They suppose to block the lane instead of doing nothing. Hope they can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow if you had insufficient balance on your touch n go while approaching this toll, just park your vehicle in between of booths then walk yourself to the office foyer. There is a vending kiosk for your convenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in to try to buy a battery for my smartag but counter was closed asked a lady officer is the counter closed she gave me a hand sign to wait as she begins to talk to someone sitting inside a car, so I waited but the second she finished with the man in the car she just walked off ignoring me even when she was called politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol...What to rate ? Worst traffic management at the toll booths daily. No proper lane management causing adhoc lanes to form more than the lanes allocated causing unnecessary congestions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man Toilet are too open.. Near people sidewalk.. They can see clearly when u do number 1??.. Surau are quite big.. If u park car near exit.. U hve to walk pass man toilet and u can see bowl for Man piss??.. Before u meet Surau or Touch N Go Machine.. ??♂️??♂️
