★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Long q for those who want to recharge the touch n go. They shut the window down and let driver walk to the counter bck door to recharge the touch n go. The PIC said they has been instructed by Plus to do so because there will be no recharge counter anymore in future. Part of stupid punishment. So funny practice. You think we are kids?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to stop by here as much as I can. It's a well lit place as I always pass this area early in morning.
They have hot and cold local fav breakfast(even porridge, Nasi lemak and kuih muih) , pastries, snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilet has always been clean.
Need a break? Pop by... It's a nice place to rest awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad traffic jam every morning. Only two lanes are available the toll and stuck at this area approximately 20 mins. Besides, dangerous for motorcyclist who want to exit to Klang. Should have dedicated lane to exit towards Klang. Hopefully something can be done to improve the traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another toll that I try to avoid if possible at all cost. Not many lanes over here as the area is small comparing to others. This is consider an important interchange between Guthrie highway and NKVE. The amount of vehicles on the highways moving slowly due to the sheer volumes also contributing to the jam. Vehicles coming out from the toll booth crisscrossing at times (not the driver fault but the design of the system) also slowing down traffic. Not sure if the highway operators will do anything as it has been bad during peak hours for many years now.

I don't usually rant on my review. But i just don't get it.
Whoever designed this toll layout must be a super "genius".
8 toll lanes will have to squeeze into 2 branches (two lanes on each branch). One towards Klang, the other one towards KL/KLIA. 95% user chose the later. Bottle neck la!
To make things worst, the longkang gets flooded whenever heavy downpour.
