★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hall with a mesmerising sound quality. Was here for the 2019 Hariharan concert. Ample of parking available in and around the klcc. Only slack is the car park autopay machine. They did not have many of this, so after a big concert like the one I went, I had to stand in a ridiculously long queue. Until the building management improve this, my suggestion for visitors/customers is to tap any of your pay wave debit/credit card at the entrance since they don't have touch n go facilities as well. Other than this, I will definitely come here again for any show!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plenary hall is big enough for roughly 1000 participants, has all facilities that you can expect of a modern auditorium, unfortunately it had only 3 stairs, so if you are in the middle of a row, you will be "trapped. Other than that a very nice place.

Staying in there for 5days straight,
Toilet are really clean,
Chair is comfortable,
View to the stage is nice also.

The hall is beautiful with wall to wall carpeting, the seats are comfortable enough and the acoustics here are simply wonderful.
Will definitely enjoy coming here for future concert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaceful, HV different stage of halls, HV many entrance , air cond part need to HV maintenance since feel hot, hygiene problems need to be improved, however convenient to klcc n park which assesible to public and nice views. Convenient also to HV foods courts at lower floor.
