★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my 2nd time coming to this clinic, most of the explanation from doctors are very clear & details unlike certain klinik just said you got this and that then take this medicine then done...
The doctors in clinic Julie really friendly & don't mind to explain more if we asked. Today I consulted by Dr. Dhaseelan, his explanation is very clear and I really appreciate it because all this time I curious why recently I easily get sick.

Telling from my experience, the 2 women at the front desk.They treated me like I cheat about balance in my panel clinic card.Previously, i didnt know that balance in my card because that time, iphone didnt have apps yet so unable to check balance, I also didnt call because everytime I went there the clinic staff would help check for me since I said I wasnt sure about balance enough or not.This was in last year when there was one day, the balance in my card didnt enough, only realized when way long days ago already after went to the clinic when they late realized the payment was declined during closing month end account. So they called me to transfer only, then I quickly paid them. The next time, when I went there again, during payment, they ask if my balance have or not, I said have because that time iphone already got apps to check easily.They didnt believe me and said,’Are you sure?Last time also same,but actually didnt have enough balance.’With her face acted like not believing me, so I showed her my apps, still she didnt trust me. Then she call the card company to check balance then proceed payment with their arrogant faces and no saying thank you or proper greet to patient who came to their clinic.I am really frustrated the ways they treated me. So now I dont go there anymore because feeling unease if the same thing happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been hard to find good doctors and clinics in Subang. Glad i discovered Klinik Julie. Front desk staff is polite. Locum lady Doctor Loo is kind, patient, attentive to listen to my symptoms description and did a thorough checking for accurate diagnosis & treatment. Im grateful for this.

Professional doctors , especially Dr Amutha. They value quality service before high profits. Highly recomended

I called them and sent my name as waiting list, two weeks later they asked me to come (on that day), so luckily my office is near to clinic and i can just rush to come here. The overall process really smooth and it just took about 15minutes. The doctor and staffs are super friendly. 100% highly recommended?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time in Dec 2021, the doctor explained my condition in detail, showed me google images that relates to my condition.
The next day the Admin even sent a follow up message to get update on how the treatment was going. Very engaging.
The clinic is clean and wait time wasn't long even though there were quite a number of patients at the waiting area.
