No correct/proper estimated completion date given to the customer, delay after delay, without informing earlier if no call in everytime for updates.

We were touched by the staffs who kept following up about the well-being of our kids (one of them had surgery due to broken jaw following the accident). Excellent customer service. Everytime there is a problem with the car, I will ask them for professional advice.
They always try their best to save me a lot of unnecessary costs, and they are honest and very very professional.
Change every single parts, they will come out with proper quotation + professional advise with explanation.
When car repair is completed, the car is cleaned and sanitised before sent it back to my door step ?
The price is very reasonable! Fully Follow SOP ?
After sales service is great too ?
