★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天你们Penang Queensbay Mall的 Poh Kong 员工真的很没礼貌，我已经打了2支疫苗并且已经14天后了，只是我女友因为有身孕延迟了打第2支，我说我想要买戒指，他们问也没问查也没查就把我拒之门外，连我和我女友都不给进，我女友没打，难道我完成了第二支也不可以进？这是什么规则？谢谢你们骄傲的服务态度，让我们充满期待买婚戒的心情变成愤怒，还好我走过你们隔壁的Lazo Diamond 并买了婚戒也收拾了心情，真的是谢谢你们POH KONG。
 Yesterday, your Poh Kong staff at Penang Queensbay Mall was really rude. I have already received 2 vaccines and it has been 14 days later. It’s just that my girlfriend was delayed because of her pregnancy. The second one was delayed. I said I want to buy a ring. They asked I was shut out without asking or checking, even my girlfriend and I were not allowed in, and my girlfriend did not fight, can I not get in after I finished the second one? What is this rule? Thank you for your proud service attitude, which made us look forward to buying a wedding ring into anger. Fortunately, I walked past Lazo Diamond next to you and bought a wedding ring and I also cleaned up. Thank you POH KONG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! DISHONEST Staff in the AEON KINTA CITY IPOH outlet ! 2 - 3 staff (2 ladies, 1 named Cally and a man named Alex). The lady calculated my husband 's cash first and said that he gave less Rm 600 cash. Upon my husband recalculating the cash himself, it was found to be Poh Kong's staff's mistake. Meanwhile, the other 2 staff (Alex and the other lady) started to count my husband's vouchers. Again they told him that he gave them less 7 pieces of Rm 50 vouchers. Upon recounting a few times and searching the outlet, the missing vouchers were found under the staff's display table. Please check on this outlet as their attitude is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and customers will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY AFTER THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
