★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik lembab,datang plak patients nak bercerita dengan doc,dekat 30min tunggu 1 patient bercerita masalah hidup.bodo tak kene tempat
The clinic is damp, patients come to talk to the doc, close to 30 minutes, wait for 1 patient to talk about life problems. Stupid, no place here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semalam ke klinik ni. And bad day dpt staff yg agak xmesra alam. I don’t know what ur problem is. Tp kalau ada personal matter jgn tnjk dkt patients. Sepatutnya u ddk dkt counter, serve ur patients dgn senyuman, bla bercakap tgok muka cust & SENYUM. Or u mmg ada mslh dkt i?? Bfore u serve i smlm u talk softly dgn patients lelaki tu. Then when its my turn kau ckp dgn penuh lagak, muka i pn ko x tgok msa bckp. That why bla i collect the medicine smlm i’m not even say thank you. Sbb u don’t deserve that magical word. Org yg sakit perlukan persekitaran yg ceria. Kalau x sbb i suka cara doc zul jaga & serve patients dia & klinik x crowded mybe i x kn pijak lg klinik ni. So next time i won’t this girl serve me or my family. I xsuka dgr ayat “cust always right” sbb for me everyone ada buat silap. Tp for my case, i just nk bgtau i ada hak utk dpt layanan yg baik sbb i dtg dgn yg cara baik bukan masuk klinik prgi dkt counter mtk duit u. Apa pun level kta jgn berlagak. Remember that.
Yesterday to this clinic. And bad day to get staff who are quite friendly to nature. I don’t know what ur problem is. But if there is a personal matter, do not show it to patients. Should u ddk dkt counter, serve ur patients with a smile, blah talk tgok face cust & SMILE. Or u mmg ada mslh dkt i ?? Bfore u serve i smlm u talk softly with male patients tu. Then when it's my turn you ckp with full demeanor, face i pn ko x tgok msa bckp. That why bla i collect the medicine smlm i’m not even say thank you. Sbb u don’t deserve that magical word. Sick people need a cheerful environment. If x sbb i like the way doc zul takes care and serves patients he & the clinic x crowded mybe i x kn pijak lg this clinic. So next time i won’t this girl serve me or my family. I xsuka dgr ayat "cust always right" sbb for me everyone is wrong. But for my case, I just want to know that I have the right to get good service so I come in a good way instead of going to the clinic to go to the counter for money. Whatever your level, don't pretend. Remember that.

sad to come here first and last .. Dr xcakap also sblum nk scan drink 1.5 liters of water and hold urine first bru scan .. first pregnancy mmg xtahu psl ni .. go to another clinic bru tahu .. bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sorry aku terpaksa bagi review secara jujur sebagai pasangan yg bru berkahwin yg bru ada pengalaman handle isteri mengandung first time bawa isteri dtg klinik ni. Dr kat sini consult tak ckup info buat kami dan lebih fokus kpd nk scan padahal kandungan baru 2 minggu mesti tak nampak apa2 pastu ckp mungkin kandungan tak jadi. pastu bgi appointment suruh scan lgi 2 minggu la sdgkan kantung 8 minggu ke atas bru nmpak .. mmg dr tu ambil kesempatan. receptionist pun tak okay tpi aku dh xkisah sgt dh sbbb nk jumpa dr bkn receptionist. Datang klinik nk consult sbb bini aku anxiety at least consult boleh buat isteri aku makin okay tpi x, jumpa2 terus ajak scan. dah la scan rm65 . first and last dtg.. totally bad service dri receptionist smpai la dr.. Poliklinik ken rimba jauh lagi murah rm40 only scan dan consult dan servis bagus , dr consult dgn baik dan berilmu luas .. lepas ni dtg poliklinik ken rimba je la selesa pun selesa.. lpas ni sblum dtg klinik tgk review btul3 guys kalau x menyesal.
sorry I had to give an honest review as a married couple who had experience handling pregnant wives for the first time, bring their wives to this clinic. From here, the consultation is not enough information for us and we are more focused on scanning, even though the new content for 2 weeks must not see anything, so the content may not be so. I had to make an appointment and told him to scan for another 2 weeks. The receptionist was not okay, but I told him a lot, so I met him who was not the receptionist. Come to the clinic to consult my wife, anxiety at least consult can make my wife more okay tpi x, jumpa2 continue to ask for a scan. dah la scan rm65. first and last dtg .. totally bad service dri receptionist smpai la dr .. Poliklinik ken rimba far cheaper rm40 only scan and consult and good service, dr consult dgn baik dan berilmu luas .. lepas ni dtg poliklinik ken rimba je la selesa pun comfortable .. lpas ni sblum dtg klinik tgk review btul3 guys kalau x menyesal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have stated that you open at 9am la. I rarely go to clinic so this morning i just randomly checked which clinic open early in the morning and it stated that open at 7.30am. But when i arrived, the staff said clinic opens at 9am hmmm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ murah.. 3 ubat + Consultation rm54.. x ramai org so cepat.. the doctor is soo nice and very soft talker..
but the receptionist are rudest people i ever met.. even though they're at the frontline handling the customer.. hope they will be careful whenever customer are there in clinic or call em on phone cause we can still hear you talk behind patient back or your rude conversation among you through your phone.. won't be here dalam masa terdekat ni sebab receptionist dia, rather go to other clinic yg expensive but reti hormat patient.. bknnya kita kuang ajo pon, ckp sopan², but dorg reply sopan dpan², blakang ckp mcm² sesama diri.. agaknya pikir kita x dgr kot, tuhan just nak bg kita dgr dan nampak.. rude !
