Says on the website its from 9am to 6pm...
But im right outside the clinic now to collect the results and they say they open at 0930am??
Called to collect results yesterday but they say they close at 4.30 pm....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good marketing and advertising, easily “googleable” for a specific service, esp OHD, unfortunately unresponsive and late customer service had costed patient to be treated late. doctor’s asisstant called Bella is not friendly and helpful at the same time not being accomodative to formal inquiry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked for AIA-panel clinic around Seksyen 7 and found this. Quick registration by IC for AIA. Staff was friendly and the doctor (Dr. Ezyan) was straightforward and suggestive. Prescribed me only with the necessary meds. Also, clinic was quite clean as shoes had to be put on the rack outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disapointed with the service. The reception at the counter just gave my medicine without telling me the dosage or directions to use it. Plus they ask me "doctor already explained to you right about this medicine" .. did you expect me to know the explanation from doctor applicable to which medicine? * I called them receptionist but not pharmacist becoz they didn't even know the medicine.. Also they even forgot my other medicine and i need to remember them about my missed medicine.. Oh God luckily i remember what the doctor said to me during consultation. ... hello receptionist, what is the point you sit there do nothing, please be responsible to your work . How come the clinic hired unqualified workers .. what if they give the wrong medicine. The clinic will be accountable to that ? And now, at the some point i feel hesitate to apply the medicine.
Unfriendly + unknowledgeable = kudos to you
At the beginning, When the consultation process, even though i'm less satisfied with doctor's service. Since she cut my stories and check me half-heartedly but i'm just okay with it.. but when it comes to the receptionist's service i'm so angry..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression, confusing entry. A notice asked to remove shoes outside but its dangerous nd risk being stolen. I went in anyways and removed them inside. Unresponsive clerk, very unprofessional. During COVID-season, they were not wearing masks or gloves, had a 1-or-2 year old boy running around in the clinic where patients were seeing the doctor. The clerks/nurses did not communicate well, expect us to ask in return "What's next?". I was doing an audio test, in what was supposed to be a sound-proof room, was super old, the door didn't lock tight, the headphones can still here everything going around, I could hear the kid shouting. Unfriendly staff, just spoke among themselves, Doctor just joined in and chitchat with the staff, playing his phone while patients came in and out to draw blood and other things. The Xray room didnt have proper clothes changing area, the clothes they give were cheap oversized tshirt, not proper gown. The nurse didnt even close the door properly when she left/entered the room. WORST clinic I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever. The staff is not friendly and not helpful at all. I did my health screening there, been calling many times to know whether the result is ready or not, no one is answering the call. And when i go to the clinic, no patients waiting, so dont understand why is it so hard for them to answer the call. then when im at the clinic, was told at first cannot meet the doctor coz doctor got a class or something, After i insisted to see the doctor, only then they allowed, but it was very rushing. The doctor merely took only few minutes to quickly explain everything and everythings was so fast. I didnt even get a chance to ask anything coz she seemed so BUSY. I will never go to this clinic again.
