★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrange for swabtest for my employee. The swabtest result is quite good very fast. The doctor very nice too. But the clinic assistant who pick up my call is not very friendly and talking like scold on me. It happen 3times. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst clinic i ever been, assisting nurse bad attitudes. I've been there 8.56 and I enter the clinic she said only 9am can be enter the clinic, then i'll wait outside. when is 9:04am i enter the clinic again and go for the registration, then another nurse ask me "kenapa? saya ada suruh awak masuk ke? we still haven't done our cleaning yet".
Slow working behaviour is your problem! Not mine! You said 9am then I enter at 9am, I dont think i done anything wrong! If you want me to wait until you let me know then you shouldn't said 9am! And buy a open/close board hang on the door! It wont cost you that much!

Swab test service is good. Swab test staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with clinic staff attitudes, actually clinic closing time is 10pm and today around 9.15pm I'm bring my mother to poliklinik chu at indapura kulai due to my mother was suddenly sweating and almost fainting and during that time clinic chu is near by me and when I'm enter to clinic suddenly the staff stop me and saying that we already want to close the clinic due lot of patients inside and she not ready to listen is I'm coming for normal sick or any emergency, the staff immediately close the door... Even though there is lot of patients over there but clinic still can help on first aid.clinic should provide to the clinic staff how to handle patients and people came clinic.
