★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16hb Mac, jam 6.15 ptg, rasa tak puashati cara doktor bertugas layanan yang kurang mesra pelanggan berbanding doctor bukan bumi. Eloklah retrain balik kompetensi cara berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan. This is my sincere advise and hope to see better services if we come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 Feb 3.30 petang.. sy rasa tidak puas hati dengan cara layanan Dr perempuan yg bertugas.. Saya dtang ke klinik untuk kali kedua disebbkn sudah mkan ubat tapi sakit perut masih tidak hilang.. dari mula sy masuk ke bilik Dr sampai lah saya kluar,, dia langsung tidak memandang muka saya.. cara cakap yang tidak mesra pelanggan dan sangat sombong.. hanya memandang kad pesakit dan sibuk dengan phone shaja.. Diharap ubahlah cara lyanan yg buruk itu..
24 Feb 3.30 pm .. I was dissatisfied with the way Dr. was treated by the woman on duty .. I came to the clinic for the second time because I had taken medicine but the stomach ache still did not go away .. from the beginning I entered Dr.'s room until I left ,, he didn't look at my face at all .. the way he spoke was not customer friendly and very arrogant .. he just looked at the patient's card and was busy with the phone only .. Please change the way other things are bad ..
