★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experienced dealing with this clinic in regards with fomema application. My maid was having mild cough and went to this clinic for check up. We seek for doctor's advise on wether to proceed with fomema test with this kind of condition. Having informed that the fomema test was booked the next day, the doctor prescribed cough syrup and advised my maid to consume the medication before taking urine test. I raised my concern because taking cough syrup might give "positive false" urine result. This may affect my fomema application and immigration will reject my permit application. The doctor convinced us that taking cough syrup prescribed at her clinic wont affect the test and we proceed with fomema check up.
Unfortunately my nightmare came true and the urine test failed. The clincic assured us for 2nd lab test with charged of rm230 (no receipt was given). Will take 14 days for 2nd confirmation. Doctor told us the result to fomema for unfit working condition will only be transmitted online to fomema system after 2nd lab test result. Agreed to pay for the test but unfortunately while waiting for the result, went to the immigration for visa extension and found out fomema have declared in the system the worker was unfit to work.
Explained by immigration officer that we cannot appeal for 2nd test (immigration procedure forbit for maid online request) and my maid have to be departed to her home country and employee was forbidden to apply for permit within 6month.
Called the clinic, different story given.so disappointed. Thank you for the lousy service, this is the first and the last time we will be visiting this clinic. Not recommended at all.

The person who was in charge for x-ray extremely rude and rough in handling the client.
I won't forget ur face as u r so rude!
I never encounter such a rude staff fr klinik jamil. This is the first time ever and i'm kinda shocked as klinik jamil is my family's favorite to go for a treatment.
