★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best doctor I've ever consult with..
Once you went for a checkup the next day you will feel better ..
You may have to wait for long time when there's many people in the clinic.. but trust me its worth to wait for it.
PS: Before going to clinic , you may call to confirm if doctor gan is in charge. Coz sometime theres other doctor incharges.
Im not sure bout the staff but the doctor's consultation is really good !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bring our aunt to seedoctor on 14th April, seen by a kind indian doctor,explained details of my aunt issues,and even paid attention and spent time explaini g about her condition. Best doctor,and good service.will reccomend to many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Poliklinik Gan to take a professional ART test and had a bad experience.
When I entered the clinic, I could hear people talking but there was no one in sight. After waiting for 5 minutes without sighting anyone, I had to shout to get someone's attention. The receptionist was slow and unhelpful. It took her 10 minutes just to complete registration (even though there was only 1 other person besides me waiting to register). After registration, I received no further instructions.
My name was thereafter called at the dispensary (about 5-10 mins after registration) where I was requested to pay RM 80 for the ART test. I was then told to go to the back of the clinic through the back alley to take my ART test. After making my way to the back of the clinic for the ART test, there was a lone seat with no staff nor written instructions in sight. After waiting for 10-15 mins (keep in mind there were only 2 persons in the clinic), I called out twice to try to get attention from someone in the clinic, but no one responded. Someone finally came out after 5-10 mins to then take my ART test.
The whole process took 35-45 minutes and was generally an unpleasant experience with bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ feeling sorry for going to this clinic, arrogant reception, no smile, and another problem came to check with an Indian doctor, the check wasn't much, I said it hurts, what's more, my face doesn't smile, I'm lazy to serve patients, if I'm lazy I don't have to work, pay expensive but not worth it, so far went private doctor again ok, last night went urmm sad. The doctor is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Poliklinik Gan in middle of night because of tummy pain and fever. There were 2 other patients but the nurse on duty allow me to see the doctor first. Because i was in pain. Thank you for the sympathy, nurse! Overall it was a satisfactory experience for me that night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way the front desk staff speak is quite rude, and the nurses at the dispensary counter didn’t explain about the medication is for. Overall experience was not so pleasant. Please do teach the staff about how to treat the patients nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience when I brought my son with covid symptoms such as fever and soar throat. Was directed to go to the back cubicle for testing. It was positive and the lady locum doctor explained fully what to do next. Thank you and my son has now recovered?. The RTK and PCR reports was emailed to me very promptly?

For medical reasons, Dr. Gan's diagnoses were accurate and his explanations always clear.
had very good experiences whenever we go to Dr. Gan's clinic. Overall staff is friendly and helpful especially the nurses at the dispensary explained the medication clearly
