★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and experienced Lady doctors in Brickfield. Specialized on any general medical treatments and specially for children this clinic is ver famous. People from around KL come and queue up for hours to meet any of the two lady doctors here. Consultation is only RM 20 and remaining medicines are charged separate.
Accepts most of the medical insurance cards.
Open from Morning 8am to night 9pm ... yes it's that busy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Razia is good and treats well.
I have been here for many a times but staff and receptionist are so horrible and rude, behave as if they are doctors. They made me waiting for 1 hour even after complaining that I was the early in the queue.
Just because of the staff I stopped going here and informed same to many of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the doctors are really nice and efficient. They don’t prescribe medicines unnecessarily and take time to ask questions and examine the patient. My sons usually scream when the doctors examine them but here, they are calm. Highly recommend this clinic. Much better than going to Pantai hospital.

but extremely rude and unprofessional receptionists or front desk staffs.. Especially one of them behaving very rude to everyone.. they speak very bad to all of the patients who visit doctor..
Shouting at patients is highly unacceptable behaviour in such a professional place.. however they behave good with locals but not to expats.. I have seen it in my own eyes.. I don't know what kind of mentality is that..
Even though I'm going regularly for checkup.. they behave very unfriendly and extremely rude all the time..
They think they own the klink..
I wish I could complaint in some proper place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful doctors who are empathetic and takes their time in explaining things to you. They offer plenty of advice to help and do not prescribe the unnecessary.
The several times that I went - the clinic has always been packed, so yes, it can be busy at times. The ONLY downside to this place are the receptionists: All three were downright, rude, rude rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here first time because my mom's friend suggested it. The doctor is well qualified and calmly discusses the issues.
Unfortunately, the 4 ladies at the reception are very unfriendly. Definitely need to change staff or teach them basic mannerisms and communication skills.
After politely asking 3-4 times about my turn, they arrogantly told me that they don't know anything and that I can ask the doctor itself why it's taking so long. Who replies like that?! LOL. After this behavior, they spoke rudely during check up and billing. Such uncivilized staff! Hope they learn and change their behavior as it damages the clinic's image. Probably not gonna go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best best best doctor , doctor Lakshmi is amazing and very helpful I don't have words to express my feelings last 12 years i am going to her only , she is very polite and genuine , I love the way she treat and comfort her patients , she is so down to earth no ego no attitude , all her staff is also very helpful and polite I am really blessed to have doctor like Lakshmi ..my all time favorite and trustworthy person.
