Waited for 20 minutes for the food to arrive, that is upon asking for it only.
The worst service that I have encountered when it comes to banana leaf rice!
Totally absurd!!!
Banana leaf food was stale and cold except for the Sambar Sadam & Cow milk's Bru.
Will never go back to this lousy customer service place again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful they cheat. No standard at all. Food is not at all kerala style. The staff's have no experience. Rice and briyani portions very small. There's this rumor that they don't sell fresh but some veggies and curry are a day leftovers. So be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chapati and waited for 30min, did not arrived. Asked the waiter boy and he went to kitchen to check, came back to me and said it is on the way. Waited another 10min and I went straight to the kitchen as the guy was standing there. Told him it is getting late and I would like to cancel my order. Immediately he said okay. I asked him why took such a long time, it seems the chef went somewhere. I got so annoyed and told him could have informed me earlier. So irresponsible hospitality and make us to wait so long. Best part there was no other customers in the restaurant. The aunty and uncle who just stepped in, left after hearing what I spoke to the guy.
