★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic today for urea breath test. Bad management on the clinic part, how can you make a patient wait almost an hour who is fasting until the doctor has seen all the patients before me? The proper way should be to let the patient do the test 1st, because it doesn't require assistance, let them eat, then proceed to see the doctor if required. This test requires you to fast overnight, take a pill, wait for approx 20min, then do the breath test, which takes time. It's either the staff didn't convey my message to do the test first or lacks proper management. Left the clinic after an hour waiting to do elsewhere!! Disappointed with the lack of empathy.
