★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a positive representation of their brand promise. They sell a good contract but does not make an effort to deliver their commitments. We got a termite contract for a number of years. When the house got attacked by termites, they do everything in their power to evade any sort of responsibilities. Promised actions are not implemented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service nowadays. send SMSes and automated bookings but everytime late and do not notify us of any delays. and we have to find people and chase to understand what happen.
Already one hour late and still trying to find the technician in charge to understand the problem.
finally after over an hour they called to say on the way maybe another 20mins. zero calls and zero responsibility nowadays.
updated: after calls confirming one technician on the way and will reach before 4pm. 16:25 now and past 2 hours of appointment time and I see no one nor any calls. totally ridiculous.
