Location ok, staff service ok la jgk may be a bit kasaq bg some people not all no ..., doctor baguih, RM he standard expert no ... do not be surprised only his building is a bit narrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the doc was friendly. Ada beberapa org doctor yg bertukar shif..sehingga sekarang doctor2 yang sy jumpa semuanya very friendly and willing to listen. Mungkin ada patient yg melalui pengalaman yg berbeza.
So far the doc was friendly. There are some doctors who change shifts..until now the doctors I met were all very friendly and willing to listen. There may be patients who go through different experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, im a little bit disappointed with services given with the one of the counter's staff there. About facilities provided, u will find only toilet i believed. For a mother who breastfeeding, u cant have BF room because there are none.

I thought the name of the “Pakar” was a standart name and private clinic but when I was treated with a staff counter I thought it was totally down. The spekky staf and the one who given the medicine was rude and speak harshly . I be silent before but no more now. i hope for the next time they know how to treat the patient and not to speak harshly to the patient.I very disappointed on the staff temperament but the doctor Dr asyikin was so friendly and good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking space is OK as not many people coming around that area.
Waiting area is comfortable.
HOWEVER, they need to improve communications between doctors and patients.. Yeah, people might come to u due to a very common problems, but still for me, they have their right to know about the details of the diagnosis, name of the medicine etc. I've been to quite a number of clinic, but here I don't really comfortable talking to the doctor. Just my personal opinion.. Hopefully others will have better experience than me. ?
