β β β β β Apa la masalah doktor dekat klinik ni. Bila masuk boleh relax sambil tengah tengok katalog baju. Diagnosis patient pun macam nak taknak dan asik salah je. Nak kerja ke taknak?

β β β β β Dr salah ttg penyakit saya. Saya pergi klinik nie bulan 5 lepas. And saya mengadu di bahagian tangan dan tapak kaki ada byk ruam yg pedih dan gatal. Doktor kata saya allergic, sedangkan saya tengok kawan2 yg lain kena allergic, ruam mereka takde la seteruk mcm saya. Saya smpi x boleh brjln dgn ruam yg ada kat tapak kaki. Sebabkan dr kata saya cuma allergic, dia x bagi saya MC sdgkn saya ade test ptg tuh dan saya perlukan MC sebab saya tahu sy x mampu nk brjln dan menulis dgn tgn yg pedih sekali dgn demam panas yg saya kena. sudahnya saya pergi klinik kerajaan dan doktor klinik kerajaan cakap saya terkena HFMD and boleh brjangkit jika tidak dikuarantin.Doktor klinik kerajaan lagi better dari dr disini. Lain kali dr tolong baca surat khabar or open ur social media to get know about the latest HEALTH ISSUES in Malaysia. Thanks for treating ur patient badly and ur mistake is unforgivable.
Dr. is wrong about my illness. I went to this clinic 5 months ago. And I complained that there was a painful and itchy rash on the hands and soles of the feet. The doctor said I was allergic, while I saw other friends who were allergic, their rash was not as bad as mine. I can walk with a rash on my feet. Because I said I was just allergic, he told me to MC so I had a test that afternoon and I needed an MC because I knew I could walk and write with a very painful hand with the fever I had. I went to the government clinic and the government clinic doctor said I had HFMD and could be infected if not quarantined. The government clinic doctor is even better than here. Next time, please read the newspaper or open your social media to get to know about the latest HEALTH ISSUES in Malaysia. Thanks for treating ur patient badly and ur mistake is unforgivable.

β β β β β Tunggu sejam org bukan ramai pun. tktau apa yg lama sangat. First time pegi klinik swasta tunggu lama sampai mcmni.
Wait an hour org not many. I know what's been a long time. First time going to a private clinic, wait a long time until mcmni.

β β β β β The staff seems like being forced to be there.. not actually friendly.. the only credit I can give to this clinic is Dr Siti..helpful.. their locum/replacement Drs depends on my daily luck...
but what made me gave up on them is their inconsistency in operations.. more than 4 times, i wasted time driving all the way there with my son, only to find they are not open for the day...?

β β β β β This is not a clinic, more like an after-office pub where employees go socializing. The frontdesk ladies (yes, so many of them employees) chit chatting among themselves (hot debate I presume), constantly fiddling with their mobile phones, turning on TV loudly (only the employees watching it) made it unconfortable for visiting patrons. On our 5th (and last) visit, other patron cut our queue while waiting our name to be called. Front desk just kept witless. Argued a bit, never apologized back. Already banned this clinic. May you all rest in pieces.
