★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23:44 pm I came because of dizziness and having cough non stop during working, the doctors face seem that he doesn't want to attend me properly like "I want to go home and playing with my cat", giving feedback to me like I was playing to get an mc, not a friendly male doctors, I told that I was unable to work as my condition is not good as I am having cough and dizziness, this will be the first and last I will come here, only poliklinik penawar Tmn u.

I had to cancel my first appointment coz the appointment was at 12pm but I took grab to go there and they told me they will open appointment for booster shot after 2pm , come on if appointment is only at 2pm just don't let anyone pick other time on mysejahtera. And then for second time coz I got no option coz it's nearby clinic , I gv it a try and pick Pfizer. I went after 2pm and they are saying to me today is AZ is it ok for u. Again if there is no Pfizer why let ppl pick? Other clinic were honest n didn't even let me pick if don't have any. Are u guys selling to outside or what? Totally worse experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place and VERY RUDE staffs. even if there's no one there they still work super slow. they answer you like u don't deserve to be looked at! never would've stepped in there if it wasn't for the vaccine appointment. they don't do vaccination anymore but in MySejahtera u can still book and so many slots available. its like they have so much business and not bothered bout people who walk in! useless place and really not recommended mainly due to their extremely arrogant staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there on 27/3/2022, 4:05PM and the staffs on duty were really rude, no manners and did not wear a mask. the female dr did not check my father who was having a back pain properly. the service is too slow, the nurse was too busy wearing lipsticks. did not give any medicine to ease my father’s back pain. when asked for MC the nurse rudely said “nak MC untuk esok datang esok lah!”. idk how do you even got that job with that attitude. will never went to your clinic again. i also hope no one will go there again and experience this kind of thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving these stars to 1 of their nurse that helped me with my condition. I got cotton stucked to my open wound bcs the blood already drying and it hurt so bad to remove. She handled the situation with lotsa patience and gentle. Tqsm to her and they also giving out referral letter for me. 1st June 2022 around 2pm
