Fridge bought just about 2 months, went damaged. Fridge taken to repair promised to be return about 2 weeks time, went extended plus 2 to 3 weeks more. You can imagine how a family survive their meal without fridge for about 2 months. Shop owner just 'taichi' customer issue for customer to follow up direct to manufacturer. Unreliable, low responsibility and very bad service. If you don't want to take responsibility for your goods sold, then i advice you don't open shop. Let customer buy direct factory.
