s	shaa evana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi klinik sebab anak umur 2 tahun setengah demam & muntah-ii lepastu staff situ suruh buat swab test RTK, katanya kalau nak jumpa doktor kena buat swab test dulu, okay layankan. Lepastu doktor cakap nak bagi 4 jenis ubat sekali time nak bagi ubat tuu 2 jenis ubat je yang ada. Lagi 2 jenis ubat kena beli kat pharmacy. Lepas anak settle ada parents datang bawak sorang budak sebaya anak kes yang sama demam jugak tapi yang pelik budak tu tak perlu buat swab test pulak. Entah mana dia kutip staff yang takde pengalaman jaga kaunter klinik. Layanan dari staff sampai ke doktor semua teruk. Tolong lah tukar staff yang jaga kaunter. Sibuk bebual malam nak tido mana lah apalah. Kau kerja ke kau nak tido. Memang klinik yang service teruk. Staff taktahu buat kerja… Went to the clinic because the 2-year-old child had a fever and vomited-ii, then the staff told him to do an RTK test swab, he said if you want to see a doctor, you have to do a swab test first, okay. Then the doctor said I want to give 4 types of medicine once in a while, I want to give 2 types of medicine that are available. 2 more types of medicine to buy at the pharmacy. After the child settled, some parents came to bring a boy of the same age as the child with the same case of fever, but the strange thing was that the boy did not need to do a swab test. Somehow he picked up staff who had no experience in looking after the clinic counter. The service from the staff to the doctor was all bad. Please change the staff in charge of the counter. Busy talking at night about where to go. You work for you want to sleep. Indeed, the clinic is badly serviced. Staff don't know how to work…

After that the service that dr give (I didn’t get the name but Chinese dr) horrible and rude. Very not compassionate and understanding. What the point be a dr?? Then waiting time is so long even though got little to no patients. When it comes to make payment oh god the staff is so slow and very incompetent. Supposedly give me the receipt but she pick it up from the floor?? And no sorry?? Gosh the worst.
