★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Leicha" (grind tea); a traditional Hakka food which was instead a unique soup recipe with a unique taste of fresh tea, prepared by traditionally grinding the fresh tea leaves together with other ingredients in a big cly pot, with a stick made of guava tree's branch. These soups will then mix together with 8-9 types (or more) fried vegetables and serve hot. Ming Xuan Restaurent indeed made a good "Leicha" . Must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Hakka Lei Cha is available here ?? The foods here is nice, place is clean and staffs is polite. Most wonderful is the radish available in both flavour, salty or sweet ?? I like the Yong Tou Fu, but if you wanna to try out please come earlier, it sold out very fast ！
