★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit. It will be my last visit too. The D4 is racist. Always say Chinese this and that. The nurse do work suck. Do things Slow and wrote my name wrongly in the receipt, MC and medicine sheet. Can't accept the mistake. I got 4 medicine and 4 medicine sheet with 4 different name and none of it is correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baddest experience I ever had. Staffs are doing the job like they are at their home, walking randomly here and there without purpose.
The receptionist were talking over the phone about 20 minutes in the middle of attending a visitor.
They do not maintain a queue. The 2 receptionist women are very slow, can not even talk clearly. I was shocked when I saw them typing keyboard using just 1 finger.
No SOP, no proper patient management at all. Keep waiting the patients for long time without any further directions until the patient asks, even asking no answer.
