★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse clinic ever and very expensive. My husband went to the clinic and guess what 7 days down the road sakit balik. These people doesnt know what they are doing. They are the worst clinic i have ever been too. They charged very highly too. RM130 for normal medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on 2/Jan/2018. Ask for pricing lab test because my daughter have eczema, in the phone staff told me rm350. When i walk in 9/1/18, staff was not friendly and totally rude told me that price was old price. Fine i accepted. 3days later lab result came out, and i couldn't come due to work too much in hand. I ask if they could send me a pic of the result in whatsapp. But the staff empty promises me and made me call 5 time to ask. Till the end, i have to walk in to collect.
Totally dont recommend here. Staff attitude like government staff. RUDE & UNPOLITE.
Charges like private institution but they treat u like cheapskates. This will be my first and last at here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with antenatal services. The resident doctor is very thorough and friendly. although the waiting time sometimes is longer but always satisfied every visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quiet for some reason and actually I'm quite okay with it. I went there during non-peak hours so there's no many people inside. The staffs are okay as long as I could get treated properly.
If you're UKM students, please make sure to bring your Matric Card and NRIC to get RM40 off from your medical fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ problematic staff. give an appointment but no doctor.. not inform earlier until i get to the clinic.. have to wait for other doc... when i complain to the staff, she ask me to go for other clinic.. all my record is here but she acts like "not my problem".. rude staff.. this is not the 1st time... it always like this.. i wonder why staff not wearing name tag.. hmmm....

First time I come when my toddler had fever. The registration asked me and I told her that my child had fever. She let me proceed to see the doctor then the doctor said ‘ubat habis’. They still let me proceed even already been told my child had fever!! Then I had to pay for their consultation for nothing!
Second time I went there for check my foot. I told ‘kaki saya terhempap besi’. Then she just tell me to wait the que for meet the doctor only to know that they don't have x-ray at night. Then I need to pay for the consultation again for nothing!!
Terhempap besi I think it's clear enough that my foot may need to be x-ray. At least just inform me that they don't have x-ray at night so I might've decide either to proceed to see the doctor or not.
I really frustrated and feel TERTIPU. Their businesses is SCAM! Just share my experience for you to consider before come here.
