★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep calling but never answer. Wanna ask about vaccine only. Ugh. Yesterday i went to the clinic close already. But the info said they open from 5pm to 11pm for 2nd session. Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had visiting a clinic. Took leave and came for booster shot at 230pm. Nobody is in and finally someone appeared.
The lady questioned:
Why didn't you call before coming?
Vaccine already finished in the morning
_She spoke in broken Malay and English_
And I was brushed off away rudely.
My impression on this clinic:
Unprofessional
Unfriendly
Integrity of practice is to be doubt (why vaccine is not available when appointment is already set by the team in MySJ app)
Don't risk your health, don't come to this clinic! Find a better one, there are many options out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and rude service provided by doctor Dr Selvi and fellow admin from this Policlinic for PCR test as express pcr report was delayed more than 24 hours when payment charged for 24 hours , RM 250. Paramountly, the patients age and details was wrong in the report which is seriously intolerable.
