โ โ โ โ โ Everything so far so good, just waiting the bill 30 - 40 mins, bcoz new stuff working slow and unfriendly, at least say sorry to customer for waiting or explain to customer.

โ โ โ โ โ For those intend to do OHD Medical Checkup, dont listen to them if they said just walk in. Ive been wasting my time for 2hours to wait for the medical checkup. Before I came to the clinic, I already ask do i need to made an appointment or not, they insisted and just reply me just walk-in.
I arrived at 2.30Pm, they said doctor have an emergency and will be back around 3.30Pm to 4pm, I decided to wait since doctor had an emergency.
At 3.55Pm I went to ask them again and they said doctor havent arrived, maybe 4+++.. at 4.25Pm I came again and asked for the doctor. They said doctor currently busy for swab test. At 3.55Pm they were many patient outside and they didnt said nothing to me either I can do or not! They ignored my question and only answer after i raised my voice! I said you guys been wasting my time for 2hours by waiting in the car and wasting my petrol and I came from Petaling Jaya and gained nothing from here! and they keep saying I need to wait for finish the swab test around 45minutes! after 2hours and add on another 45minutes? TIME IS GOLD! Ive bunch of tasks too! BAD SERVICE! BAD COMMUNICATION AMONG THE STAFF! THERE IS NO SORRY BEFORE I RAISED MY VOICE AND ONLY WE ARE SORRY AFTER I START RAISED MY VOICE! At the same time, they still taking the new comers for PCR TEST infront me eventho I said I already wait for 2 hours! Complaint on their chat on facebook, only seen no sorry. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE!

โ โ โ โ โ Was deal with the appointment date, but its just wasted since u have to wait in queue like anyone else. Next time dont tell ur patient to make an appointment at the first place, everyone is busy with working and all. Like my case im taking my time off but Totally not worth it. I think the dr seems soft spoken but the management totally need a big improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my mom for booster shot today. Had to wait like a mad dog for hours. Queue from 3pm only got the shot at 7.30pm. Priority given to all foreigners, is it because they are paying cash?! Ridiculous, not systematic no courtesy. The nurses are not fit to control the situation. Will write a complain to KKM. Something is not right with the way they handle the booster jabs. Please improve! Your service sucks!

First of all.. my both hands swallon due to taking bloodโฆ not professional at all.. pain until one week..
And then waited for the result one week.. and I received a call telling my blood had expired n need to take blood again.. very disappointed! Already one week n havenโt received my reportโฆ
