★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went as group and found the food less than satisfactory. The orders were mixed up multiple times and the waiter was extremely rude. He threw the receipt at the cistomer when queried on the error in food delivered. Later we realised that there were two table 32 and they kept sending us food stuff from other tables ie table 34. Again when we informed the waiter of his error he was extremely rude. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. My advice is stay away from this outlet. Bad food, slow service and rude waiters. One star is too much for this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable western with a local twist - ambience is welcoming and very family-friendly. Drinks are cheap too. The menu is pretty extensive with a lot of visual aid so just browse around and order what sounds (and looks) nice to you!

I visit Polperro at least twice a month. Good food, affordable price. But I come to realize, cheap food does not excuse slow serving time. At times when I visit, there was a crowd, no doubt attracted to the joint, dining, laughing. Today is a new low for Polperro. I'm here just as it was open, first to order for the day, typed this review while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to queue for about 20 mins. Waited another 30 minutes to get our food. Apparently they forget our orders. Staff were unfriendly, it's totally a bummer. Place was crowded. Nevertheless, the food was great. Love our food but our medium lamb chop is not even medium, it's well done. Some parts were burnt. Really burnt. But the rest is great. The mashed potatoes? DELICIOUS. Price was really affordable, considered cheap. Would appreciate if they provide more tables and send their staff for some basic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 30 minutes for our food. People who came like 10 minutes ago got theirs before us lol. My lamb chop were over cooked. Loved the mashed potatoes & coleslaw. Prices are reasonable. The rating is from my overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Congrats on the opening! The place is easy to find and accessible. Comfortable to hangout and spend time there as there are ample space indoor and outdoor. For a new place, I find it alright.
However, a lot more can be done to increase their performance. For western food, I find that their portion is super small. The dumpling is hard. I like the lasagna and their dessert though. Pricings are all affordable and realistic.
